The project targets the evolution of WavenetCity, a tool for managing citizen relations, dematerializing citizens’ requests to municipalities. The innovation concerns the multi-channel and multi-commune pooling, in order to offer municipalities the capacity to personalize procedures, in full autonomy, promoting the sharing of experience and emulation between municipalities.
