Renaud De Landtsheer will present a research, A Time Window Constraint for Local Search, carried by Fabian Germeau about a global time window constraint. Beyond presenting an efficient and useful constraint, this research also demonstrates how the oscar.cbls framework unlocks creativity by presenting a simple API that enables one to focus on its fundamental algorithm.

ORBEL 33 is the 33rd conference of ORBEL, the Belgian Operational Research (OR) Society, Member of EURO, the association of European OR Societies, and Belgian representative of IFORS (International Federation of OR Societies).

The conference is intended as a meeting place for researchers, users and potential users of Operational Research, Statistics, Computer Science and related fields. It will provide managers, practitioners and researchers with a unique opportunity to exchange information on quantitative techniques for decision making.

This year’s meeting (ORBEL33) will take place in Hasselt at Hasselt University (UHasselt), and will be organised by the Research Group Logistics.
