ORBEL 33

Hasselt University, Belgium, February 7-8 2019

Renaud De Landtsheer will present a research, A Time Window Constraint for Local Search, carried by Fabian Germeau about a global time window constraint. Beyond presenting an efficient and useful constraint, this research also demonstrates how the oscar.cbls framework unlocks creativity by presenting a simple API that enables one to focus on its fundamental algorithm.
