As part of the PRIMA-Q project, CETIC deals with risks related to project execution. A key step is the capture of process models across the various business lines of the organization. To improve this step, CETIC has developed an objective-based approach that allows analysis and redesign of business processes.
During the MODELSWARD conference, Christophe Ponsard will present this approach as well as a series of concrete methodological tools to support and make it accessible to SMEs.
