CETIC will demonstrate its latest ICT achievements at ICT2010, Europe’s most visible forum for ICT research and innovation.
This conference will be taking place in Brussels on September 27-29.
The CETIC stand will be located on the ’Belgium National Pavilion’ zone on September 27 PM and on September 29. CETIC will present its latest developments in eHealth, Security, Cloud Computing and Open Source.
This biennial ICT event has become a unique gathering point for researchers, business people, investors, and high level policy makers in the field of digital innovation. ICT2010 will focus on policy priorities such as Europe’s Digital Agenda and the next financial programme of the European Union for funding research and innovation in ICT.
CETIC is the Belgian ICT applied research centre dedicated to support industry, providing expertise in software engineering, innovative service based on service oriented, Cloud and embedded systems. This expertise has been gained through CETIC’s involvement in EU R&D projects from the FP6 and FP7. Investing in leading sectors such as eHealth, Cloud Computing, Security and Open Source among others, CETIC develops partnerships with EU industries and speed up the technological transfer to local Belgian businesses.
In addition to the partnership in collective R&D projects, CETIC supports businesses in their improved innovative products and provides technological advice, prototypes development or feasibility studies.
CETIC will demonstrate the visitor how its experts’ work stimulates research, providing IT support to local SMEs, enabling them to adopt advanced technologies, innovate faster, save money and time, meet new needs, so as to strengthen EU’s competitiveness and leadership.
