This project aims to exploit data from the manufacturing/molding process (batch) of plastic parts in order to optimize the use of recycled plastic beads.

The CETIC intervenes in order to optimize the design of experience at the start of use of a new batch of recycled plastic to determine the maximum portion to be used, as well as to automate the MLOps process for detecting deviations during production and adjustment of machine parameters to continue to maximize the use of recycled plastic for the current batch of recycled plastic, while leaving the final decision to the human operator.
