This paper proposes an on-board personal data-mining framework for P4 medicine. The framework allows diseases prediction, risks prevention, personalised intervention and patient participation of the patients in healthcare. To achieve these objectives, the proposed framework supports on-board data stream mining, which allows continuous monitoring and real-time decision-making. The proposed framework deals with the resources limitation of the devices, context and resources changes, and data quality issues by relies on distributed data mining, context-aware and resources-aware adaption and probabilistic data mining. The paper shows how the framework can be used for the epilepsy disease case.
