SensAIfood International Conference

Maxime Istasse will participate in the SensAIfood Project International Conference, which will be held from October 8 to 10, 2025, at the Agricultural University of Tirana, Albania. This event marks the culmination of several years of research and collaboration dedicated to the application of artificial intelligence and non-destructive spectral sensors for food quality control, authentication, and sustainability throughout the value chain.

The conference program includes:

• Keynote speeches by recognized experts in the fields of AI, food technology, and spectroscopy,
• Scientific presentations and poster sessions,
• Networking opportunities with researchers and professionals from across Europe,
• Roundtable discussions and debates on the future of digital tools in agri-food systems.

During this event, Maxime Istasse will present the Qualispectra project as well as the Seglab tool for annotating and analyzing hyperspectral images.
