Maher is Polytechnic Civil Engineer graduated from the Royal Military Academy - Polytechnic faculty in Belgium (RMA 2008) and also holds the diploma of an Master Research from the National School of Engineers of Tunis (ENIT 2013). Maher has specialized throughout his studies in telecommunications, teledetection, information systems and has expertise in the field of IOT, Industry 4.0.
He first worked for four years in Tunisia in the field of security, human resources management and project management. He then worked for 2 years as Team Leader for the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA), where he was able to develop information management skills.
In April 2018, he joined CETIC as project manager with cloud computing as his main technological area.
