Ismail Mahmoudi

Ismail MAHMOUDI has been working as a research engineer at CETIC since 2024. As a research data engineer, he has a diverse experience across various sectors.

Among these experiences, during a mission at Capgemini at L’Oréal in the cosmetic industry, he analyzed and optimized data pipelines on GCP and Power BI platforms. He also resolved incidents, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams. His expertise also extends to data governance, ensuring data quality and compliance throughout the process.
At Venari Security, Ismail worked on designing integration services and developing ETL/ELT for structured data delivery, using tools such as Python, Docker, Airflow, and Pyspark. He also leveraged data flows using BigQuery and SQL to ensure relevant data analysis in collaboration with cybersecurity teams.
In the social media sector at Baaz, Inc, Ismail gained experience in data pipeline architecture, pipeline creation, and workflow orchestration, conducting data cleaning, integration, and visualization using tools such as Python, SQL, Google BigQuery, and Tableau.

Ismail holds a degree in computer engineering obtained in 2018 and has completed a preparatory cycle in mathematics and physics.
