Terence Delsate has a bachelor’s degree and a DEA (Diplôme d’Études Approfondies) in Physics in 2006-2007 at the UMons where he presented his doctorate in Sciences in 2010. After a postdoctoral stay at the Higher Technical Institute of Lisbon, he continued his research in physics theoretical and mathematical until 2016 at the University of Mons where he was studying problems related to gravitational astrophysics. He has also taught various subjects such as mathematical analysis, electromagnetism, general physics, and theoretical astrophysics for several years at UMons, as assistant or co-teacher.
He then went to the private sector as a data scientist integrating a technology startup active in the social networks data analysis. He was be responsible for R & D and actively contributed to the development of the back-end.
He joined CETIC’s SST department in October 2018. His areas of interest are mainly modeling and data processing, standard or Big Data.
