The aim of the project is to define and implement an innovative data architecture to automate the consolidation of Prayon’s industrial data, in order to optimize industrial installations and to translate these techniques into a new service offering.
The project targets design, development and setup a data management and processing workflow allowing to automate collection, aggregation and storage of industrial data and perform machine learning and data analysis.
The first milestone is to improve performances of Prayon own equipment and plants through data analysis. Thereafter, the goal is to develop optimization techniques and to apply them on other plants in the sector.
Expertise acquired on Prayon own infrastructure will allow to propose tailored optimization services to customers seeking to improve their plants,
At the end of the project, Prayon will have a deployed data analysis tool chain processing data from production lines for process optimization.
The company will also be able to reproduce the data workflow on new or existing plants. Deployment process will be automated to avoid risk of human errors and speed up new installations.
Not only will Prayon be able to enhance operations on its own plants but also the company will be able to expand its business by providing services on production optimization to other industrial actors. By cooperating with CETIC in a Research project, Prayon has access to independent expertise on innovative data processing frameworks and automated IT configuration management tools and methods.
