Dr Sanae Saadaoui is a senior R&D Project manager in the Software and Service department of CETIC. She holds a PhD in Computer Science (2007 ) and a master in Computer Science (1991) from the University of Namur. Her main area of expertise is Software process quality and more specifically, software process assessment and improvement, software functional size measurement and effort estimation. She is also active in business modeling (UML, KAOS, Event B) and software knowledge management improvement. She was the coordinator of the European project EXTRA on knowledge management in software companies.
