DSP Valley is a technology network, focusing on the design of micro-electronics hardware and embedded software for signal processing systems, including image & sound processing, communication & navigation technologies, and any other ambient intelligence technology and all enabling design methodologies and tools. Application domains range from consumer and automotive electronics, to medical devices, communication networks and high tech machine construction.
DSP Valley stimulates innovation by enabling new cooperation and new partnerships, optimally exploiting synergies and complementarities between the technologies, skills and competencies of the DSP Valley member organisations. As a result, all DSP Valley members have strategic partnerships with other members. Hence, DSP Valley is not only a networking organisation, but also a cluster of densely linked businesses and research institutes.
To stimulate new partnerships, the DSP Valley networking activities have a strong emphasis on matchmaking in the commercial market and brokerage for research projects. In order to enable matchmaking and brokerage with European partners, DSP Valley has built a network of partner networks in semiconductors and embedded systems.
